At Club North, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below you’ll find all relevant information regarding shipping, delivery times, and costs.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

🇧🇪 Belgium

  • Standard parcel delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Local pickup in Zeebrugge (by appointment): Free

  • Small accessories may be shipped as letterbox parcels.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Netherlands: 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, season, or external factors.


📍 Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a track & trace link, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.


📦 Packaging & Sustainability

We ship all orders in sturdy, protective packaging. Whenever possible, we use recyclable and eco-conscious materials to minimize environmental impact.


📅 Delays

During high season, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or carrier delays), delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance.


💸 Taxes & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside Belgium may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These costs are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
